Sales representative and customer service
Job description
You’re responsible for sales, excellent customer service and support that inspires repeat visits and expands market share. You’re the essence of a unique customer experience at the Gallery. Product knowledge is essential, we exclusively sale luxury appliances the Miele, Gaggenau and Eurocell brand products. Training is provided regularly. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Candidates have the following
· Experience with high end appliance sales, customer service, retail, inventory, invoice processing.
· Technical knowledge with built-in appliances, understanding electrical and plumbing requirements.
· Enthusiastic when it comes to display maintenance, keeping an appealing and clean environment.
· Strong interest in design, renovations, home appliances and the technology about them.
